Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions for Return:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rniaus.com.
